Design of robot systems, programming and interfacing with fixtures as part of advanced welding mentioned in point 1 and CNC simulation with MasterCAM, EDGE CAM, Fanuc CNC Tutor and simulation. Flexible manufacturing systems design and application.

Students can take an online Fanuc certification exam which will be charged as per FANUC norms.

PRACTICAL
  1. Inspecting the manipulator, controller, teach pendant and connections.
  2. Write a program to trace different shapes
  3. Write a program to trace different letters
  4. Move the material to different location and redefine the user frame
  5. Write a Program for different welding joints and execute the program.
