Course Overview:

Electrical construction management, also known as electrical project management, is when a project manager is assigned and oversees the electrical projects for a client or company. They work alongside with the construction manager and are responsible for managing the electrical engineers assigned to the project. Electrical project managers also collaborate with other departments to make sure they have all the information required to make sure there are no electrical issues in the future; other departments include programmers and engineers.
