OVERVIEW

The course is designed to give a solid grounding of fundamental concepts of industrial automation systems and their control. The course specifically focuses on architecture, components, and techniques for automation in industries.

Module 2 - HMI Programming Using GOT Designer

GS 2000 Hardware overview
GOT communication with PLC, Types of Screens, Numerical Display, Graphs and other display
Alarms and annunciator
Data logging and Network Monitoring
HMI programming with GT designer
Development of simple projects using GT designer.

Module 3 - Servo Systems

Basics of servo motors and Mitsubishi Servo systems
Encoder –FX 5U servo controller
Servo Amplifier (MR–JE)
Signal Connections With Positioning Controllers
Servo Programming using MR configurator
In-Build Positioning Using Controller
Positioning Operation
Positioning Using Modbus Protocol
Troubleshooting
Alarms and Warning
Development of simple projects using Servo systems

Module 4 -Hydraulic Principles and Fundamentals

Basics of Hydraulics
Introduction to Hydraulics, Pascal’s law, Reservoirs Introduction to Pumps
Fixed displacement pumps, Variable displacement pumps Hydraulic component’s symbols and Types of valve configuration Safety measures and components identification in hydraulic station Time Hydraulic Valves Pressure relief valve Pressure reducing valve Direction control valves
Developments and Practices of Hydraulic circuits 4/2 & 4/3 DCVs Development and Practice on Hydraulic circuits using FCV and Check valve
Accumulators Introduction to Accumulators. Actuators and its types Hands on Trainings Development and Practice on Hydraulic circuits using Pressure reducing valve
Practice on Accumulator based hydraulic circuits.
Electro Hydraulic Systems
